📋 Description

• Support and enhance sustainability reporting and carbon accounting platform. • Maintain Salesforce Net Zero Cloud (NZC) and manage carbon accounting data. • Support business stakeholders and troubleshoot platform issues. • Ensure integrity of environmental reporting across Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions. • Perform annual emission factor updates using recognized datasets. • Execute annual greenhouse gas inventory updates across emissions scopes. • Create, maintain, and validate annual waste and water footprint records. • Load, validate, and manage annual sustainability datasets including waste and Scope 3 emissions datasets. • Conduct quality control checks on carbon accounting data. • Manage and support manual activity data uploads. • Configure, maintain, and optimize Net Zero Cloud components and Salesforce platform functionality. • Support software update deployments for Net Zero Cloud and Marketing Cloud releases. • Maintain and enhance CRMA dashboards, datasets, and reporting capabilities. • Maintain and enhance custom automations and sustainability calculations. • Support sustainability programs and outcome tracking including decarbonization initiatives and renewable energy programs. • Manage user provisioning and security access across environments. • Maintain documentation for data schemas, custom flows, and calculations. • Perform quality assurance reviews on all uploaded datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation and administration. • Strong expertise in: Salesforce Flows and Automation, Data Loader and Data Import Wizard, Custom Objects and Fields, Permission Sets, Profiles, and Roles, Salesforce Security Model, Change Management and Release Processes. • Experience supporting CRMA (CRM Analytics) dashboards, datasets, and data recipes. • Experience troubleshooting integrations, API failures, and platform-related issues. • Experience with Marketing Cloud data extensions and related data management. • Working knowledge of GHG Protocol standards and corporate carbon accounting practices. • Understanding of: Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions, Emission factors and emissions calculations, Waste, water, and renewable energy reporting, ESG and sustainability reporting requirements. • Experience validating environmental and sustainability datasets. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Strong documentation and process management skills. • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred. • Salesforce Net Zero Cloud Certification or equivalent sustainability platform experience preferred. • Experience supporting ESG disclosure frameworks and sustainability audits preferred. • Experience with renewable energy accounting and Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) preferred. • Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards such as GHG Protocol, CDP, SASB, TCFD, ISSB preferred. • Experience working with large-scale environmental, sustainability, or ESG data programs preferred. • Familiarity with data integrations, ETL processes, and sustainability reporting systems preferred.
