📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI applications, including RAG-powered solutions, conversational AI, and document intelligence • Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and domain SMEs on insurance, healthcare, and financial-services use cases • Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data preparation through production deployment • Build RAG pipelines with retrieval, re-ranking, grounding, and evaluation • Develop conversational agents and document intelligence workflows for extraction, classification, and validation • Implement image and document processing, including OCR, layout analysis, table extraction, and redaction • Integrate with enterprise systems and APIs and enable tool use/function calling where applicable • Optimize solutions for latency, accuracy, cost, and safety • Package and deploy solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless technologies and automate with CI/CD • Write clean, testable code and contribute to internal accelerators, templates, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML software to production • Strong Python skills • Proficiency in one of PyTorch or TensorFlow • Solid understanding of LLMs, prompting, function calling/tools, evaluation, and vector search • Experience with RAG, including indexing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, re-rankers, and grounding • Practical experience with Document AI and Conversational AI in real-world workflows • Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP • Insurance experience, including FNOL, claims adjudication, underwriting, billing, policy servicing, or agent portals, preferred
