📋 Description

• Lead integration projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while meeting quality and compliance standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, business analysts) to drive integration solutions using MuleSoft and related technologies. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization. • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting project status. • Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of API-led integration solutions. • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure smooth project execution. • Establish and maintain best practices in Agile/Scrum/Kanban project management methodologies. • Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements in the integration practice.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub, DataWeave, etc.) • Knowledge of other integration technologies (e.g., Dell Boomi, Apigee, Tibco, Informatica) is a plus. • Hands-on experience with RESTful & SOAP APIs, RAML, JSON, XML, and Microservices architecture. • Solid project management experience with a focus on Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Hybrid methodologies. • Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and API security best practices. • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
