📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. • Work on microservices, event-driven architectures, and batch processing solutions. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to transform complex business requirements into clean, extensible APIs. • Develop, test, deploy, and monitor backend applications in the AWS cloud. • Optimize data storage and processing with both relational and NoSQL databases. • Implement containerization and orchestration solutions to support deployment at scale. • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance large-scale distributed systems. • Follow best practices in security, documentation, and monitoring. • Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend systems. • Strong background in microservices, event-driven architectures, and batch processing. • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework. • Proficiency with databases: Relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB). • Expertise in AWS cloud development, including serverless infrastructure (Lambda). • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS). • Familiarity with distributed messaging systems such as Apache Kafka. • Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable APIs. • Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices in security, documentation, and monitoring.
