📋 Description
• Initiative diagnostic, preventive and rehabilitative procedures as appropriate to the patients care. • Ability to Create a Plan of Care by evaluation and assessment of patient’s condition and maintain continuity of and or multidisciplinary services whenever needed to ensure good coordination of care. • Timely Documentation according to state, federal and organizational guidelines. • Participation in Case Conference meetings, and In-Service Reviews.
🎯 Requirements
• Active Speech Therapy License in the state of CA. • Dependable Transportation, Current Driver’s License and auto Insurance. • Current CPR • Ability to perform the physical aspects of the position. • TB testing.
