📋 Description

• Create and publish marketing copy across various social media platforms • Support the further development of the company website and landing pages • Conduct online research • Carry out market research surveys • Assist with LinkedIn profile branding • If applicable, assist with the learning management system (LMS): e.g., help set up e‑learning courses according to instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Education or current studies in one of the following fields: Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, Psychology, Health Education, Digital Health, Communication Studies, Communication Design, Media Studies, Business Psychology, Sociology, Adult Education, or another psychological, educational, or commercial background • Willingness to learn a lot and take on varied tasks within a team • Desire to help build a company • Some prior work experience • Values that match the team, i.e., openness, tolerance, reliability, drive to perform, loyalty, sense of responsibility • Residency in Germany, as occasional in-person meetings will take place in Cologne (but only rarely) • Availability for 3–6 months (part-time is welcome)
