• **Key Responsibilities:** • - Design and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trials across various phases. • - Perform statistical analyses using appropriate methodologies and tools to support project objectives. • - Collaborate with clinical teams to interpret data and provide statistical insights that guide decision-making. • - Prepare statistical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. • - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all statistical deliverables. • - Contribute to the development of study protocols and participate in project meetings to provide statistical input. • - Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to the development of statistical best practices within the organization.
• **Who You Are** • We are looking for a motivated individual who demonstrates a commitment to quality and precision in statistical work. • - **Experience:** At least 3 years of experience in biostatistics within clinical research or pharmaceutical settings. • - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, or STATA. Knowledge of programming languages is a plus. • - **Education:** A Master’s degree or higher in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. • - **Language Skills:** Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. • - **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
