📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company. • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. • Utilize QuickBooks for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and growth. • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support business decisions. • Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and provide insights on financial performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA/ICB qualification preferred). • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role. • Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (Excel in particular). • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
