📋 Description

• Process digitized accounting documents • Review automatically generated accounting classifications • Help accelerate the implementation of automated processing rules • Prepare bank and account reconciliations • Perform account matching and clearing • Clear suspense accounts • Prepare tax and VAT returns • Alert the Engagement Manager to unusual delays in customer or supplier payments and to significant events • Prepare year-end financial statements and review accounts, depending on experience • Contribute to advisory services for business owners under the supervision of an Engagement Manager • Manage a client portfolio across a variety of industries

🎯 Requirements

• Two- or three-year higher education qualification (e.g., Diploma in Accounting and Management) • Proven experience in a similar role • Experience in a chartered accountancy firm preferred • Curious, organized, and methodical • Strong interest in digital tools and technologies • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Proficiency in, or ability to use, ISACOMPTA, PENNYLANE, RCA Bilan Imagé, Prévi Flash, AGORA Expert, and COT TNS • Experience using an internal document management system and a digital platform
