📋 Description

• Process digitized accounting documents • Review automatically generated accounting classifications • Accelerate the implementation of automated processing rules • Prepare bank reconciliation statements • Perform account matching and reconciliation • Clear suspense accounts • Prepare tax and VAT returns • Alert the Engagement Manager to abnormal delays in customer or supplier payments, as well as significant events affecting clients • Prepare financial statements and review accounts, depending on experience level • Actively contribute to providing advisory support to business owners, under the supervision of an Engagement Manager • Use ISACOMPTA, PENNYLANE, RCA Bilan Imagé, Prévi Flash, AGORA Expert, and COT TNS • Use an internal document management system (DMS) and a digital platform

🎯 Requirements

• Two- or three-year post-secondary qualification (Bac +2 or Bac +3), such as the DCG • Proven experience in a similar role • Previous experience in a public accounting firm is preferred • Curious, organized, and methodical • Strong interest in digital tools and technologies • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
