📋 Description

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot • Contribute to system architecture and design decisions with best practices in mind • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend Java development • Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot • Experience designing and building REST APIs • Solid understanding of software development best practices and architecture patterns • Fluent English communication (written and verbal) • Availability during US East Coast core hours (9 AM 1 PM EST) from Monday to Friday • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a collaborative, agile, and remote-first environment • Optional: Support product ownership tasks such as requirement elicitation and solution scoping
