📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric • Build and manage data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Fabric Pipelines and Dataflows Gen2 • Develop ETL/ELT processes using PySpark, Spark SQL, and SQL • Implement and support Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions • Design and maintain medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers) • Create and optimize semantic models for Microsoft Power BI reporting and analytics • Support Direct Lake and other Fabric analytical capabilities • Monitor production jobs, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric • Strong SQL development skills • Experience with PySpark or Spark SQL • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines • Understanding of Lakehouse and Data Warehouse concepts • Familiarity with Power BI and semantic modeling • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure • Knowledge of Git/version control practices • Preferred Skills Experience with: • Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) • Dataflows Gen2 • Fabric Pipelines • OneLake • Delta tables • Direct Lake • Exposure to: • Azure Data Factory • Databricks • ADLS Gen2 • Event driven architectures • Understanding of monitoring and observability practices • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
