âą Fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs (e.g., instruction tuning, prompt optimization, retrieval-augmented generation, and domain adaptation) on healthcare policy and operational data to improve accuracy, consistency, and explainability âą Prototyping multi-agent systems âą Integrating external tools (APIs, browsers, FHIR data) âą Building feedback loops for continuous learning and governance

âą Strong Python skills âą Familiarity with LLM frameworks âą Keen interest in building production-ready, auditable AI agents that drive real operational impact at scale
