📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex initiatives across the life insurance and annuity landscape within TPA ecosystems. • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, work breakdown structures, product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and project charters. • Manage cross-functional team members, subject matter experts, vendors, and client stakeholders; serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders. • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards and company policies. • Identify and mitigate project risks specific to life and annuity projects. • Monitor and manage project budgets and oversee quality assurance of deliverables. • Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, reports, and change requests. • Lead and motivate project teams, provide thought leadership, and resolve complex issues. • Lead implementation of AI initiatives: identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and analytics, collaborate with data science and engineering teams, and integrate AI into platforms such as LifePRO, LDS, portals, and operations systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have BS degree and 5-10 years of experience managing technology projects. Agile/Scrum certification and/or PMI certification preferred. • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on life insurance and annuity products implementation and TPA operations. • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects in the insurance industry. • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • In-depth understanding of life insurance and annuity products, industry regulations, and best practices. • Experience working within TPA operating models, managing system integrations, platform upgrades, and implementing digital and AI-based initiatives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
