• Works with Regional Medical Directors to make sound, evidence based clinical decisions regarding requested cases (treatments and procedures) for IP/OP • Performs retrospective clinical reviews utilizing criteria set forth by the client and Medicare (CMS-Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) • Performs outbound calls to providers • Remote work from home

• 111 • No Formal Education • Computer Literacy • Conflict Management • Displaying Visionary Thinking • Emotional Intelligence Training • Microsoft Office • Phone callmaster handling skills • Strategic Growth • Experience performing retrospective clinical reviews using Medicare (CMS) criteria • Experience making evidence based clinical decisions for IP/OP treatments and procedures • Ability to perform outbound calls to providers
