📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end release process for data and BI, creating the documentation, SOPs, and guidelines that keep releases predictable and compliant. • Work closely with L1/L2/L3 support teams to ensure smooth go-lives and fast issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in computer science or any engineering field • 3–6 years of experience in release management or a delivery/coordination role. • Hands-on experience managing data or BI releases (migrations, ETL, pipelines, reports). • Proven ability to write clear SOPs, process guides, runbooks, and technical documentation. • Experience working with L1, L2, and L3 support teams in a structured ITSM environment. • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum — ceremonies, sprint rhythms, and release trains. • Familiarity with data modernization concepts: cloud migration, data warehousing, BI platforms. • Strong communication skills — able to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders. • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
