• Lead and coordinate cross-border employee movement, immigration compliance, and mobility operations. • Ensure a seamless employee experience while supporting strategic projects. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and manage risks. • Champion a positive mobility experience for employees.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 10-12 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations. • Experience managing international assignments or cross-border movements. • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or similar HRIS platforms. • Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience with dashboards is a plus.
