📋 Description
• Review prenups on our digital platform • Flag important clauses, and provide comments to your client • Review and respond to comments from opposing counsel • Ensure client understands terms of prenuptial agreement and answer any questions they may have
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience as a family law attorney • Deep understanding of, and experience with, prenuptial agreements • Strong communication skills - responsive, with clear, concise communication • Customer-centric mindset • Licensed and in good standing to practice in the state of Pennsylvania • Must carry your own Professional Liability Insurance • Ability to represent clients in multiple languages
