📋 Description

• Initiate, moderate, and nurture conversations across online platforms (forums, social media, Slack, Discord, etc.) • Respond promptly and professionally to community questions, comments, and feedback • Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and support peer-to-peer collaboration • Develop strategies to increase member participation and community retention • Create, curate, and publish engaging and relevant content (posts, blogs, newsletters, short videos, etc.) • Gather and share community insights, feedback, and emerging trends with internal teams (product, marketing, leadership) • Collaborate cross-functionally to align community initiatives with brand and product goals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing or moderating online communities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with tools like Discord, Slack, and social media management platforms • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in challenging situations
