• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospective leads • Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective leads or clients • Generate new leads through cold calls and emails • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify how client's solutions can add value to their freight forwarding operations. • Qualify prospects based on their fit and readiness to integrate with client's platform, ensuring a strong sales pipeline. • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads. • Relentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interest. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetings.
• Minimum of 3-4+ years SDR or sales and marketing experience in Logistics industry • Understanding of the sales process in B2B SaaS environments • Knowledge in sea and air freight forwarding, customs procedures and tariffs, warehousing, trucking, and supply chain is an advantage • Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal) • Can work independently and under pressure • Problem-solving and negotiation skills • Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1) • Client management experience is a plus. • Internet Service Minimum speed of 25 mbps • Available HDD Space 50 GB • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
