📋 Description

• Rates & Pricing Management - Take ownership of gathering, analyzing, and maintaining freight rates from carriers, co-loaders, and suppliers. • Quotation Development - Prepare accurate and competitive quotations by computing end-to-end charges (freight, surcharges, duties, and other costs). • Commercial Support to Sales - Work closely with the sales team to translate client requirements into tailored pricing solutions. • Client Coordination - Serve as a key point of contact for quotation-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and a smooth customer experience. • Contract & Vendor Management - Coordinate with carriers and partners to validate rates, clarify terms, and ensure all commercial agreements are accurate and up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping lines, or brokerage (local or international) • Strong understanding of shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, packing lists, invoices, etc.) • Proven experience in rate sourcing, cost computation, and quotation building • Familiarity with freight pricing components (freight charges, surcharges, duties, and other logistics costs) • Comfortable using TMS platforms such as CargoWise or Magaya • Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate and analyze data (not just encode) • Graduate of Customs Administration or a related field • Licensed Customs Broker (preferred) • Strong English communication skills (C1), both written and spoken.
