⢠Promote, educate, identify, prioritize and deliver high-impact automations across teams with clear value and fast time-to-benefit ⢠Architect and evolve a scalable agentic automation platform (multi-agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation/guardrails) and deliver use cases from idea to production ⢠Champion modern SDLC practices - CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, observability, SRE/on-call, and reliability-by-design practices for AI and automation solutions ⢠Partner with Global CoEs, Legal, Compliance, and Security to move quickly and safely while managing risks ⢠Track Return on investment, capacity creation, and adoption ⢠Coach a versatile global team (Business Analysts, Engineering, Support), foster a learning culture, mentor new leaders, and up-skill the team in GenAI/agentic and automation disciplines ⢠Report to the VP Head of Productivity and Transformation
đŻ Requirements
⢠10+ years in software/automation engineering ⢠5+ years leading delivery teams ⢠Experience with GenAI/agentic systems (multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG) ⢠Experience with enterprise automation (RPA/low-code) ⢠Cloud-native (Azure/AWS) ⢠Containerized development, APIs, CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, observability ⢠Production support (SRE/SLA) ⢠Experience shipping production solutions with measurable growth ⢠Experience in executive engagement and cross-functional influence ⢠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related ⢠Bonus: Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black), Agile/Scrum/SAFe ⢠Bonus: Cloud (AWS/Azure) or RPA certifications ⢠Experience rolling out enterprise copilots/assistants and change management ⢠Experience leading shared services/CoE models globally
