📋 Description
• Coordinate operational activities across financial services programs. • Track and report performance using KPIs and SLAs. • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution. • Support documentation and enhancement of operational workflows. • Contribute to process improvements and manage small projects with growth potential.
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, or a related field—open to varied backgrounds and transferable skills. • Organizational and analytical abilities , with comfort using tools like Excel, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms. • Clear and effective communication skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities in active environments. • Proactive and curious mindset , with a passion for identifying opportunities and solving challenges collaboratively. • Interest or experience in financial services, FinTech, or consumer products —we welcome enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. • Collaborative team contributor , committed to integrity, continuous growth, and driving positive change.
