📋 Description

• Technical leadership and solution delivery • Design, implement, and maintain IGA solutions aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. • Collaborate with the Global IGA Director and other stakeholders to translate the strategic vision into actionable engineering tasks. • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on IGA technologies and integrations. • Assess, configure, and optimize IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity) for performance, scalability, and security. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures. • Promote the integration of automation and artificial intelligence to streamline IGA processes and improve operational efficiency. • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement proactive solutions to reduce manual effort and mitigate risk. • Support adoption of DevOps and Agile methodologies within the IGA engineering team. • Implement and enforce identity access controls in accordance with corporate policies, standards, and guidelines. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on Identity Governance & Administration engineering. • Hands-on experience with leading IGA technologies and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity). • Strong understanding of access control principles, security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements. • Experience designing and implementing IGA solutions in large, complex enterprise environments. • Knowledge of IAM platforms (such as Okta, Azure AD, Entra ID). • Proficiency in scripting, automation, and integration of IGA technologies. • Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies in a security context. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
