📋 Description
• Realizar análise preventiva à fraude em compras realizadas pela internet dentro ou fora do Brasil • Analisar solicitações de compras/serviços para aprová-las e evitar perdas decorrentes de fraude (CBK) • Efetuar contato telefônico em inglês ou português com clientes quando necessário • Executar análises massivas em solicitações de compras/serviços • Atuar em triagem, double-check, reanálises, prioridades e grupos de controle de clientes específicos • Participar de reuniões para alinhamento, discussão de melhorias no processo de análise e desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal • Atender demandas do SAC referentes à priorização nas análises • Garantir o cumprimento das metas
