📋 Description

• Lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Experian's Global Policy Framework, standards and policy lifecycle. • Partner with Executive Risk Owners and Policy Owners, providing governance expertise and guidance throughout the policy lifecycle. • Promote the development of AI-enabled services, including the Global Policy Assistant, to enhance employee access to policy guidance. • Identify opportunities to improve governance through automation, digital technologies and process optimisation. • Monitor policy performance, manage business change impacts and lead programs that improve efficiency, consistency and partner experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in policy governance, operational risk, internal controls, governance or enterprise risk management. • Track record delivering business transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence projects. • Strong stakeholder management skills and able to engage with senior leaders across a global organisation. • Experience implementing AI-enabled services, governance technologies or digital solutions would be advantageous. • Programme, planning and project management capability meeting strategic priorities to achieve operational delivery.
