📋 Description

• Lead the SRE team both technically and managerially, promoting engineers' technical and career development; • Define and evolve the reliability, observability, and operational excellence strategy for the products; • Act as the primary technical authority in critical incidents, coordinating responses and root cause analyses; • Collaborate with Architecture, Development, Security, and Product teams on platform evolution; • Lead operational rituals, incident reviews, capacity planning, and risk management; • Foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement; • Ensure adoption of SRE, DevOps, and Platform Engineering best practices; • Support prioritization of technical debt and reliability initiatives with business areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical SRE, DevOps, or Platform teams; • Experience as a people manager; • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority; • Excellent executive and technical communication skills; • Experience managing critical incidents and crisis situations; • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
