• Join Experian as a Senior Director of Demand Generation and help shape the future of our Insurance growth strategy • Lead cross-channel demand generation efforts, guide experimentation and optimization, and partner with analytics and product teams • Manage a team with direct reports and report to the Vice President, Insurance Services • Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources • Design structured test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels • Build documentation, plans, and enablement materials to grow successful pilots • Manage a large marketing portfolio spanning multiple channels and partners • Improve execution standards across channel owners and performance marketing teams • Set direction on budget allocation, pacing frameworks, and performance diagnostics • Partner with analytics and decision science teams to improve targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring • Establish experimentation frameworks across channels
• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth • Experience managing vendor relationships • Experience launching and scaling new channels • Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills • Minor travel required
