📋 Description
• Define and lead the long-term product vision and roadmap for model development and analytics tools • Collaborate with teams to lead delivery of analytics capabilities and platform enhancements • Oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking across programs • Lead business case development and Return on investment analysis for new product investments • Report on Goals to measure product success and inform continuous improvement • Build and mentor a product team to work on strategic goals • Foster transparency, agreement, and partner engagement across global teams
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Computer/Data Science, Business or a related field • 7+ years of experience in product management and operations • Background in Data Science or Analytics • Experienced team leader with a get-things-done mentality • Experience implementing a culture of continuous improvement • Experience leading presentations to senior leaders and key stakeholders • Well-developed personal organization and time management
