📋 Description
• Develop comprehensive and clear technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, procedures, and reports tailored to the OTC Billing users. • Review, edit, and refine documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, following documentation standards. • Engage with SMEs to develop and review program documentation and apply an understanding of the OTC Billing process to produce accurate technical content. • Develop and produce content by using software applications that enhance technical learning output. • Obtain an understanding of billing processes and services to translate complex billing flows into simple, informative, and engaging content that moves success. • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field - Required • 5+ years of experience in technical writing with a focus on knowledge base content or process documentation. • 2+ years minimum of experience directly related to training and development. • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required due to the nature of the job, which may involve international communications and writing documentation in English. • The ability to write clear and precise technical documentation is crucial. • Capability to Provide Training and Develop Educational Content: Must have experience creating educational materials and training. • Ideal Qualifications: MS Visio or IBM Blueworks, SharePoint administration skills, Financial services experience
