📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of financial planning for Experian's North America portfolio (>$5B revenue, >$1.5B EBIT) • Drive strategic clarity, sustainable growth, and operational excellence across North American operations • Partner with regional CEO, CFO and finance leaders to drive financial strategy and capital allocation • Evaluate strategic investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities with global and regional leaders • Represent North America in global finance forums and partner with Chief Economist, Chief Strategy Officer, and Investor Relations • Serve as trusted advisor to North American business unit leaders; translate financial insights into actionable strategies • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business decisions and strategic initiatives • Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes; ensure accuracy, transparency, and agility • Lead and develop a regional FP&A team; implement scalable financial systems and tools • Ensure prudent management of regional costs, governance, compliance with global financial policies and FTSE reporting standards • Collaborate with global Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams to ensure reporting integrity

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, or related financial leadership roles • Experience leading finance functions in a publicly traded company, preferably with global operations • Experience leading finance teams and driving strategic transformation in complex environments • Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, or data platform company (preferred) • Strong command of financial modeling, analytics, and enterprise performance management platforms • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively with executive audiences • Demonstrated success in leading geographically dispersed teams (people leadership) • MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to Costa Mesa office; ideally based on the West Coast, preferably California
