📋 Description

• Lead the SRE team both technically and managerially, fostering engineers' technical development and career growth. • Define and evolve the reliability, observability, and operational excellence strategy for products. • Act as the primary technical reference for critical incidents, coordinating responses and root cause analyses. • Work closely with Architecture, Development, Security, and Product teams on platform evolution. • Lead operational rituals, incident reviews, capacity planning, and risk management. • Promote a culture of automation and continuous improvement. • Ensure adoption of SRE, DevOps, and Platform Engineering best practices. • Support prioritization of technical debt and reliability initiatives with business areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical SRE, DevOps, or Platform teams. • Experience in people management. • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. • Excellent executive and technical communication skills. • Experience managing critical incidents and crises. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
