📋 Description
• Lead proactive engagement with teams to standardize IAM workflows • Ensure compliance with security policies and standards • Guide the identification and implementation of automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency • Promote a structured project intake and engagement model • Maintain understanding of IAM operational scope and tooling • Identify and lead automation projects that improve efficiency and security of identity lifecycle management processes. • Lead automation learning programs by designing training and mentoring team members.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in IT access security administration • Experience driving adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements • Hands-on experience implementing complex automation solutions • Experience designing and delivering training programs to upskill teams in automation tools and practices • Ability to build cross-functional relationships • Advanced experience with automation platforms such as AURA, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate (preferred).
