⢠Build and lead the operating system that fuels revenue growth ⢠Implement a disciplined Lean management approach to eliminate waste and variability ⢠Integrate AI and intelligent automation as a force multiplier ⢠Ensure initiatives create capacity for reinvestment in growth ⢠Launch the team and methodology within Operations ⢠Scale outward across Sales, Client Services, Finance, Compliance, and other functions ⢠Serve as the authority for Lean and AI applications across the business
đŻ Requirements
⢠Ten (10+) years leading operations, process excellence, or business transformation ⢠Direct experience designing and running Lean/continuous-improvement programs at scale ⢠Demonstrated success integrating AI and intelligent automation into operational workflows ⢠Experience operating in a high-growth or scaling business ⢠Proven matrixed leadership ⢠Track record building and leading a lean, high-performing team ⢠Strong change management orientation ⢠Executive-level communication skills ⢠Financial and analytical fluency ⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field required ⢠MBA or advanced degree in a related field strongly preferred ⢠Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Lean/continuous-improvement certification preferred
