📋 Description

• Design, build, and run agentic workflows and process automations end-to-end • Extract and prepare data from CRM, ticketing, finance, and product systems • Orchestrate Azure AI Foundry models in agentic frameworks with tool-calling and retrieval • Write results back into systems of record • Implement evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails for production systems • Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations • Build baseline and impact measurement data, including hours saved and quality metrics • Maintain and extend Power BI reporting, semantic models, and reports • Help business users answer their own questions • Participate in discovery workshops and assess technical feasibility of automation candidates • Influence whether each candidate is custom-built, configured in Copilot Studio, handled with SaaS-embedded AI, or skipped • Deliver 2–3 process automations in production within six months with baselines and measured savings • Establish structured BI support intake and a measurement dashboard for monthly program reporting • Build a reusable automation platform with shared pipeline patterns, evaluation harness, and monitoring • Contribute technical design to at least one larger process-reengineering initiative

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building data pipelines and integrations in production • Proficiency in Python and/or C# • Proficiency in SQL and REST APIs • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and DuckDB • Hands-on experience building agentic solutions with LLM APIs such as Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar • Experience with RAG, structured output, tool-calling, agentic frameworks, and testing/evaluating model outputs • Daily use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, or similar • Ability to articulate where agentic coding tools accelerate work and where they mislead • Working proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report design • Software engineering discipline, including version control, code review, CI/CD, monitoring, and unattended systems • Strong communication with non-technical colleagues • Ability to turn messy process descriptions into technical designs • Pragmatic approach to shipping working 80% solutions and iterating • Ability to identify when automation is the wrong answer • Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS operations • Nice to have: Copilot Studio / Power Platform experience or experience extending SaaS-embedded AI features • Nice to have: familiarity with privacy-aware data handling and GDPR • Nice to have: Dutch language skills if NL-based
