📋 Description

• Deploy, configure, and optimize the company's security platform within enterprise customer environments • Manage installation, upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting, and system administration activities • Advise customers on implementation best practices and operational readiness • Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and technical training for customers • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with R&D, Technical Support, and Product Management • Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle • Support strategic customer projects with technical expertise and implementation recommendations • Share field experience and implementation best practices to drive process improvement • Maintain customer satisfaction through professionalism, technical excellence, and a consultative approach

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role involving technical consulting, deployment, or professional services within a software or cybersecurity company • Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX system administration • Solid understanding of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network architectures • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade firewall solutions (e.g., Check Point, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar technologies) • Experience deploying and supporting enterprise security solutions • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud networking and security concepts • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders • Strong consulting, presentation, and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region, including at short notice, for up to 50% of working time • Knowledge of Linux scripting languages, such as Python, Perl, and Bash/Shell (nice to have) • Experience with REST APIs and automation (nice to have) • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (nice to have) • Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN), cloud networking, or virtual routing (nice to have) • Experience with security automation and workflow technologies (nice to have) • Knowledge of German, French, or another European language (nice to have)
