📋 Description
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact between them and internal teams. • Lead negotiations on pricing and terms to secure cost-effective, favorable agreements that protect the company's interests while enabling partner success. • Continuously assess partner performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs. • Ensure partners comply with required quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Analyze partner cost structures, identify inefficiencies, and lead cost-reduction strategies. • Collaborate with partners to enhance logistics, inventory management, and overall supply chain performance. • Act as a strategic liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Able to provide onsite support for business reviews, training, auditing, warehouse relocations, and new partner setup.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English is required. • Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an accredited educational institution, focused on logistics, business, or related areas. • Extremely proficient in Microsoft applications and the use of online- based tools and programs. • Able to conduct financial data analysis as required to validate charges, expenses, and business operational profitability. • Previous leadership experience, preferably in the areas of Logistics/Transportation/Inventory Management. • Experience in pricing for the area of Logistics, Transport, and Trading. • General knowledge of Trade Compliance, Import, and export regulations. • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain order management and WMS systems.
