• Own and level up the consumer concierge team • Develop a consumer concierge product delivering returns for consumers and providers • Increase conversation rates and reduce average handling time • Improve processes and overcome obstacles • Lead a team through coaching and hiring
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in management in a call center environment • Strong ideas on running a call center • Ability to create and measure processes and metrics • Customer focus for both consumers and providers • Strong coaching skills • Experience in creating call scripts • Good communication skills • Offshore experience is a plus • Lifelong learner
