• Build and manage campaigns in leading automation platforms (HubSpot, Keap, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar) • Set up lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and automated follow-ups • Integrate CRM, email, and analytics tools for smooth client journeys • Create dashboards and reporting to track KPIs and campaign ROI • Support sales team with automated outreach sequences and pipeline tools • Collaborate with creative team to align content delivery with automation workflows • Maintain clean, segmented databases to ensure accurate targeting • Stay current with best practices in automation, deliverability, and compliance
• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation (agency or B2B preferred) • Hands-on expertise with at least one major platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Keap, Salesforce Pardot, etc.) • Strong understanding of CRM management, segmentation, and lead scoring • Ability to translate creative campaigns into automated workflows • Data-driven mindset, you can measure, report, and optimize performance • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Bonus: experience in fitness, wellness, or creative industries
