📋 Description
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple client projects • Coordinate between sales, creative, and marketing teams to keep projects aligned • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during active campaigns • Create and maintain project documentation (briefs, timelines, status updates) • Anticipate roadblocks and resolve issues before they escalate • Monitor resource allocation and workflow to keep creative output efficient • Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar) to track progress • Report regularly to leadership on project health and performance
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years experience in project management (preferably in a creative, marketing, or agency environment) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal • Experience working with creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors) • Comfortable with project management software and CRM tools • Client-facing experience a plus • Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a bonus
