📋 Description

• Communicate with current clients of Financial advisers (through Outbound Calling and Email) • Inquire about their level of interest in engaging with the Financial Advisers through a series of scripted qualifying questions. • Touch base and follow up with all Current Clients • Schedule reviews of the client's present accounts • Manage the schedules/appointments of all assigned Financial Advisers • Most of the people contacted have a long and warm relationship with their Financial Advisor and are awaiting the call. • Please note that this role does not involve cold calling or sales; it is an inbound customer service position only.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a PLUS • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • Must pass Criminal Background Check • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Ability to build rapport with customers • Strong communication skills and professionalism • Detail Oriented • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Provide a consistent positive attitude & effort • Have a warm and engaging disposition.
