📋 Description
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements • Facilitate workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions • Analyse existing GIS-related processes, workflows and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and delivery documentation • Collaborate with GIS Specialists, Data Teams, Solution Architects and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle • Support the implementation and enhancement of ESRI-based geospatial solutions • Perform gap analysis, impact assessments and business process modelling • Ensure GIS and business data requirements are accurately captured and documented • Support testing activities, including UAT planning, coordination and execution • Assist with change management activities and promote stakeholder adoption of new GIS-enabled processes and technologies • Provide clear communication and regular updates to project teams and senior stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst • Strong experience working with ESRI/GIS technologies, including geospatial data, mapping solutions and GIS workflows • Experience delivering Business Analysis within geospatial environments • Proven ability to gather, analyse and document both functional and non-functional requirements • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience facilitating workshops and business process mapping sessions • Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical, deliverable solutions • Experience working across the full end-to-end project lifecycle • Availability to commit to a long-term engagement
