📋 Description
• Define data mappings and migration rules (SuccessFactors → UKG → Payroll) • Support data extraction and cleansing activities • Validate employee and payroll-related data • Lead data reconciliation activities • Ensure data quality and challenge inconsistencies • Collaborate with Business Analysts to align data with business processes
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst • Strong experience with data migration and data analysis • Knowledge of HR data models • Experience with Excel and SQL • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail • Ability to challenge vendor outputs and ensure data quality • Fluent English (mandatory)
