📋 Description
• Help achieve business ambitions and future-proof the business. • Fast-track innovation through each step of the value chain. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Scrum Master and/or Delivery Lead roles. • Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective) and removal of impediments. • Experience with Azure DevOps for delivery planning, backlog management, release coordination and reporting. • Good knowledge of Data Engineering, integrations, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD and DevOps practices. • Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and coordinate cross-functional teams. • Professional-level English.
