• Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and reports. • Coordinate project governance meetings, preparing presentation packs, minutes, and follow-ups. • Collect, analyse, and consolidate data for executive reporting. • Support financial and resource tracking across the programme. • Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and resolving risks or issues. • Ensure PMO standards, processes, and governance frameworks are applied consistently. • Prepare and maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy. • Track activities against the project schedule and assist in stakeholder engagement. • Support audits, stage gate reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• 2–5 years of experience in a PMO or project support role within large-scale programmes. • Solid understanding of project management tools, frameworks, and governance principles. • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills. • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and analytical mindset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Strong team player with a proactive approach. • Good English.
