• Serás el primer nivel de soporte para talleres y concesionarios cuando tengan problemas técnicos con coches ya vendidos. • Atenderás llamadas y guiarás al reparador paso a paso usando manuales y procedimientos. • Todo el trabajo es remoto, no tendrás que desplazarte al taller. • Tu objetivo: ayudar a que el taller solucione el fallo rápido y correctamente.
• Formación FP relacionada con automoción (mecánica, electromecánica, etc.). • 1-2 años de experiencia en taller o concesionario. • Conocimientos generales de reparación y diagnóstico. • Buena comunicación para explicar instrucciones de forma clara.
