• Execute and optimize email campaigns : Build, test, and deploy campaigns across CRM platforms, ensuring segmentation accuracy, proper QA, and effective A/B testing. • Design automated lifecycle journeys : Translate lifecycle strategy into automated flows such as onboarding, reactivation, win-back, and loyalty programs using triggers and conditional logic. • Manage data & audience segmentation : Maintain segmentation models, profile properties, and integrations with data tools to support personalization and targeting. • Monitor performance & derive insights : Analyze key metrics including deliverability, engagement rates, conversions, and attribution to uncover trends and improvement opportunities. • Champion email best practices : Ensure high standards around deliverability, frequency management, compliance, and creative optimization (subject lines, CTAs, dynamic content). • Collaborate cross-functionally : Work with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution and continuous refinement of lifecycle initiatives.
• 2–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM operations, ideally in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based environments. • Experience with email automation or CRM platforms (Klaviyo is a strong plus, but experience with tools like Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc. is also welcome). • Knowledge of lifecycle marketing frameworks such as RFM, win-back, cross-sell/upsell, and re-engagement strategies. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template adjustments. • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance data to inform testing and optimization. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and flows simultaneously. • Advanced English for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
