⢠Lead end-to-end project delivery across software, cloud or data-related initiatives. ⢠Coordinate planning, execution, testing and release activities with engineering, QA, DevOps and product teams. ⢠Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines, milestones and communication artifacts. ⢠Identify risks, manage dependencies and escalate issues before they impact delivery. ⢠Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog discussions and cross-functional alignment. ⢠Ensure teams have the information, clarity and structure needed to execute effectively. ⢠Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates for stakeholders at different levels. ⢠Promote best practices in project documentation, governance and continuous improvement. ⢠Support the implementation of delivery processes, KPIs and project standards.
đŻ Requirements
⢠5+ years of experience managing technical or software-related projects. ⢠Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. ⢠Strong understanding of project lifecycle, Agile methodologies and delivery workflows. ⢠Experience working with engineering, QA, product, cloud or data teams. ⢠Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar. ⢠Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. ⢠Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintain high-quality execution. ⢠Advanced English level for meetings, documentation and stakeholder communication.
