📋 Description

• Oversee and improve daily operational processes and workflows. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of business activities. • Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. • Handle logistics, inventory management, or supply chain tasks as needed. • Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries and problem-solving. • Utilize SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data from various back-end systems. • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on operational performance. • Assist in maintaining data integrity and accuracy within databases. • Collaborate with technical teams to understand system architecture and data flow. • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. • Quickly grasp and adapt to new systems, software, and processes. • Provide administrative support to the operations team and management. • Develop and update procedural documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar operations-focused role. • Advanced proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) is a must-have. • Solid understanding of back-end systems and database structures. • Experience in integrating operations tools e.g. Zendesk, Asana. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • A quick learner with the ability to understand complex processes and new technologies rapidly. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Google Workspace. • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
