📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and management panels in Microsoft Power BI. • Gather requirements from business areas to understand information needs. • Perform data modeling and build metrics and performance indicators (KPIs). • Extract, transform, and consolidate data from different sources. • Support data analysis and generate insights to assist decision-making. • Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of information provided to users. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for BI processes and data governance. • Prepare technical and functional documentation for developed reports and indicators. • Provide user support for the use of analytical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX). • Knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data. • Familiarity with ETL, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence concepts. • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data. • Good communication and ability to interact with business areas. • Experience with Oracle databases. • Knowledge of the Snowflake platform. • Experience or knowledge in data integration and ETL processes. • Familiarity with data governance and data quality concepts. • Knowledge of processes and KPIs in the Construction, Real Estate Development, Engineering, and Real Estate sectors. • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
